Are you a results-driven professional with a passion for sales and interior solutions? JBW FloorCenter, Inc. is looking for a dynamic B2B Sales Field Officer to join our team in Eastwood, Libis, Q.C. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, helping our clients transform their spaces while driving business growth through strategic sales initiatives.
You will play a pivotal role in identifying new market opportunities, cultivating professional relationships with business partners, and ensuring that every client receives expert guidance on our premium flooring products. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective B2B sales strategies to achieve individual and team revenue targets.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation and prospecting to closing deals.
- Provide expert product demonstrations and consultations to walk-in clients and business partners.
- Identify and approach potential corporate clients, contractors, and interior designers to expand our market reach.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine our sales approach.
- Maintain high-level customer satisfaction by ensuring accurate product recommendations and reliable follow-up.
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance updates for management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience in B2B sales or field operations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence key decision-makers.
- Strong presentation skills and confidence in public speaking or one-on-one consultations.
- Self-motivated with a high degree of energy and the ability to work independently in the field.
- Proficiency in CRM software or Microsoft Office suite.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required by business needs.
