Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively prospect and identify new B2B clients in the Makati region
- Present customized flooring solutions to commercial clients through face-to-face meetings
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals while maintaining profitability
- Manage and nurture existing client accounts to ensure retention and growth
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet monthly and quarterly targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client service delivery
- Prepare regular sales reports and analyze market trends for strategic insights
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of proven B2B sales experience in the flooring or construction industry
- Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
- Valid driver's license with willingness to travel across Makati and surrounding areas
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
