Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Identify and prospect new commercial clients in the HVAC industry
- Present technical product solutions and negotiate contracts with B2B clients
- Manage existing client accounts to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted promotional campaigns
- Prepare detailed sales reports and performance metrics for leadership review
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in air-conditioning or HVAC products
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills with commercial clients
- Knowledge of Indonesian commercial construction and retail sectors
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Excellent Bahasa Indonesia and English communication skills
