- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine value propositions
- Prepare detailed sales reports and performance analytics for leadership review
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience in Jakarta market
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Indonesian
- Strong analytical abilities to identify market opportunities
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently and in teams
