We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented B2B Sales Representative to join our growing team. As a key member of our sales division, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our premium capital machinery solutions to a diverse portfolio of B2B clients. Our portfolio includes specialized equipment for the food industry, film and packaging, healthcare nonwoven materials, and the chemical sector. This role requires a deep understanding of industrial machinery and the ability to articulate technical value propositions to business decision-makers. You will be expected to manage the entire sales cycle, from initial prospecting and needs analysis to contract negotiation and delivery coordination. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities within target industries such as food, packaging, healthcare, and chemical sectors.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients, highlighting the technical advantages and ROI of capital machinery.
- Negotiate sales contracts, pricing, and terms to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure product specifications meet client requirements.
- Manage sales pipelines and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Provide after-sales support and resolve any client inquiries regarding machinery operations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the machinery, industrial equipment, or manufacturing sectors.
- Strong understanding of capital machinery and industrial processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client meetings.
