Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to acquire new clients in Ngawi-Magetan region
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and corporate partners
- Present product demonstrations and technical specifications for mobile accessories
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets through effective prospecting and closing
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and competitive trends
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts using CRM systems
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop region-specific promotions
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve client inquiries promptly
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of B2B sales experience in technology or mobile accessories
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills with business clients
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Valid driver's license with willingness to travel within Ngawi-Magetan
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales reporting tools
- Excellent communication in Bahasa Indonesia
- High school diploma; bachelor's degree in business/marketing preferred
- Familiarity with local business networks in Jawa Timur advantageous
