Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong B2B relationships with beauty salons, spas, and retailers in Ambon region
- Present product demonstrations and provide expert consultations on beauty/personal care solutions
- Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads through strategic networking
- Negotiate contracts and close sales agreements while meeting monthly targets
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute localized promotional campaigns
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies
- Maintain accurate client records and sales pipeline using CRM systems
