Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new B2B clients in ICT/telecommunications sector
- Conduct regular follow-ups with existing accounts to address needs and expand service usage
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets
- Prepare customized proposals and contracts aligned with client requirements
- Collaborate with technical teams to deliver integrated solutions
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Maintain accurate client records and sales pipeline in CRM systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2 years B2B sales experience in ICT/telecommunications
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
