Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, distributors, and corporate clients
- Actively promote and sell luggage/travel bag products through targeted B2B channels
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and competitive trends
- Prepare and present compelling product demonstrations and sales proposals
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet/exceed monthly targets
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns
- Generate detailed sales reports and track performance metrics
- Provide after-sales support and client relationship management
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in B2B sales (minimum 2 years)
- Strong network in retail, distribution, or corporate procurement sectors
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Understanding of luggage/travel bag product specifications and market trends
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
