Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, customer training, or a related customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach to service delivery
  • Proficiency with e-commerce platforms and experience with digital training tools
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining strong communication with the team
