Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and resolve overdue B2C customer accounts through proactive communication
- Develop and execute personalized payment plans while maintaining customer relationships
- Document collection activities accurately in CRM systems and ensure compliance with regulations
- Meet or exceed monthly collection targets and performance KPIs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex account issues
- Utilize negotiation skills to secure payment commitments and reduce bad debt
- Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and collection activities
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in B2C collections or customer service
- Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Willingness to work night shift (10 PM - 7 AM) with weekends off
