Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and resolve overdue accounts through proactive phone, email, and digital communication
- Negotiate payment plans and settlements while maintaining positive customer relationships
- Document collection activities accurately in CRM systems and update customer information
- Meet/exceed individual and team collection targets through effective account prioritization
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and account issues
- Adhere to compliance standards and regulatory requirements in all collection activities
- Analyze payment patterns to identify process improvements and risk mitigation strategies
Kualifikasi
- 1+ years of experience in B2C collections, call center, or customer service environment
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills with professional demeanor
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) and MS Office suite
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in remote setting
- Excellent communication skills in English and Tagalog
- Night shift availability with weekends off flexibility
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
