- Initiate outbound calls and digital communications to resolve outstanding consumer debts
- Negotiate flexible payment plans and settlements while adhering to regulatory standards
- Maintain detailed records of collection activities using CRM platforms
- Meet/exceed monthly performance targets through effective account management
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer inquiries
- Utilize analytical skills to prioritize accounts based on risk and recovery potential
- Ensure compliance with FDCPA and other international collection regulations
Kualifikasi
- 1+ years of B2C debt collection or customer service experience
- Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently during night shifts (10 PM - 7 AM)
- Proficiency with CRM software and digital communication tools
- Strong problem-solving abilities and emotional resilience
- High school diploma; college degree preferred
- Experience in fintech, banking, or financial services sector
