Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute B2C marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition for car rental services.
- Manage customer inquiries via various channels, providing accurate and compelling information about rental packages, pricing, and vehicle availability.
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize conversion rates and improve the overall customer journey.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities within the automotive and transportation sectors in East Java.
- Create engaging content for social media platforms and marketing campaigns to attract potential clients.
- Assist in organizing promotional events and roadshows to promote Serasi Autoraya's services.
- Analyze marketing performance metrics and prepare reports to suggest improvements for future campaigns.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in B2C marketing, sales support, or customer relationship management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and basic SEO principles.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Valid driving license is an advantage.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
