Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and optimize the daily operations of direct store accounts on the B2C platform.
- Analyze sales data, traffic metrics, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Merchandising, Customer Service) to execute promotional campaigns.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance store visibility and conversion rates.
- Monitor competitor activities and market dynamics to stay ahead of the curve.
- Prepare regular performance reports and present actionable insights to management.
- Handle operational challenges and ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in e-commerce operations, sales, or business development.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Proficiency in using data analytics tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin (as applicable).
- High level of self-motivation and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
