As B2C Team Leader at Frisian Flag, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business expansion in Papua. We are seeking a results-oriented leader to manage our B2C operations, mentor sales teams, and ensure our products reach consumers efficiently. In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end sales process, from inventory management to direct consumer engagement. You will collaborate closely with distributors to maximize shelf presence and drive trade promotions. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and lead a high-performing B2C sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to expand market share in the Jayapura region.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key distributors and retail partners.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare detailed reports for regional management.
- Train, coach, and mentor sales representatives to improve product knowledge and selling techniques.
- Ensure optimal product availability and manage stock levels at distribution centers.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to align sales activities with promotional campaigns.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales management, B2C retail, or FMCG.
- Proven track record of leading teams and achieving sales goals in a competitive environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence others.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and strategic planning skills.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the region.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is highly preferred.
