Are you a passionate educator with a heart for early childhood development? World of Wonders Learning Centre is seeking a dedicated Baby Teacher Specialist to join our nurturing team in Batam. We believe that the first few years of life are the most critical for growth, and we are looking for someone who can provide a safe, stimulating, and loving environment for our youngest learners.
As a Baby Teacher Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the foundation of our students' cognitive, social, and emotional development. You will work within a supportive team of childcare professionals to implement specialized curriculum designed for infants and toddlers. Tanggung Jawab
- Create and implement age-appropriate activities that promote sensory, motor, and cognitive development.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment that meets hygiene and safety standards.
- Provide attentive care, including feeding, nap supervision, and hygiene routines.
- Document and track each child’s developmental milestones and progress.
- Maintain open and professional communication with parents regarding their child’s daily experiences and development.
- Participate in regular staff meetings and continuous professional development workshops.
- Observe children for signs of developmental delays or health issues and report concerns to management.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (PAUD), Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience in infant or toddler care/teaching.
- Deep understanding of early childhood developmental stages and positive discipline techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with parents and colleagues.
- Patience, high levels of energy, and a genuine passion for working with babies.
- Fluency in Indonesian; proficiency in English is highly desirable.
- First aid and CPR certification is a significant plus.
