BTSMC Managing Solutions is seeking a skilled Back-end SCM Support to join our dynamic team at GNPD/GMEC. As a key member of our operations, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity and efficiency of our supply chain management processes. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional who can ensure that backend data, inventory logs, and logistics records are accurate and up-to-date. This role offers a full-time opportunity in the industrial hub of Mariveles, Bataan, where you will contribute to streamlined operations and support our broader supply chain objectives.
In this position, you will work closely with the logistics team to ensure seamless data flow and operational continuity. Your expertise will help optimize backend workflows, reduce errors, and enhance overall supply chain visibility. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records and databases within the SCM system.
- Process and verify incoming and outgoing supply chain transactions efficiently.
- Assist in the data analysis and reporting of supply chain performance metrics.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely stock replenishment and delivery schedules.
- Update and maintain master data regarding products, suppliers, and logistics routes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards in all backend operations.
- Generate and distribute regular supply chain reports to management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a back-end support role within the manufacturing or logistics sector.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
