Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and cook food items according to standardized recipes and quality specifications
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety protocols and sanitation standards
- Manage inventory, stock rotation, and supply organization efficiently
- Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and perform routine maintenance checks
- Support receiving, storage, and proper handling of perishable/non-perishable goods
- Contribute to kitchen cleanliness during and after service hours
- Assist in training new staff on kitchen procedures and standards
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in food preparation or kitchen operations preferred
- Basic knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene practices
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and evenings
- Willingness to adapt to rotating shifts as needed
