Tanggung Jawab
- Accurately process and verify customer or operational data within internal databases.
- Maintain high levels of data integrity and confidentiality in all administrative tasks.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies and expedite workflow processes.
- Generate periodic reports for management review and operational updates.
- Handle documentation filing, archiving, and retrieval in accordance with company policy.
- Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) regarding output quality and turnaround time.
- Assist in the improvement of back-office processes to increase overall team efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in a Back Office, Data Entry, or Administrative role.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, specifically Excel and Word.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies in data.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Willingness to work onsite in Pasig City on a fixed dayshift schedule.
