We are seeking a dedicated and organized Back Office Staff to join the dynamic team at U & I Holidays. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily administrative operations, including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Assist in processing customer bookings and reservations with high accuracy.
- Maintain and update company databases and filing systems.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management review.
- Handle incoming correspondence, including emails and inquiries, in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with front office and other departments to ensure seamless workflow.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in an administrative or back office role is preferred.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Indonesian is a plus).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
