Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound voice calls professionally, maintaining a positive and helpful tone at all times.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues with accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate call logs, notes, and customer records in the CRM system.
- Communicate complex information clearly to customers and guide them through solutions.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily and weekly performance targets.
- Adapt to different customer personalities and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- No BPO experience required; training will be provided.
- Must be willing to undergo and complete the training program.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Must be 18 years old or older.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
- Must be available for full-time shifts.
