Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle inbound and outbound voice calls professionally, maintaining a positive and helpful tone at all times.
  • Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate call logs, notes, and customer records in the CRM system.
  • Communicate complex information clearly to customers and guide them through solutions.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily and weekly performance targets.
  • Adapt to different customer personalities and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Kualifikasi

  • No BPO experience required; training will be provided.
  • Must be willing to undergo and complete the training program.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
  • Must be 18 years old or older.
  • Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
  • Must be available for full-time shifts.
