You will handle critical tasks such as contract management, meticulous filing, timeline coordination, detailed reporting, and cross-functional project coordination. Your Role & Responsibilities
- Administer and manage contracts, agreements, and legal documentation for the NBD team.
- Develop and maintain efficient filing systems to ensure easy retrieval and compliance.
- Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, communicating updates to stakeholders.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on project status, administrative metrics, and KPIs.
- Coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and handle correspondence for NBD leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline administrative processes.
- Assist with onboarding new clients and partners by managing documentation and setup tasks.
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience in administrative support, back-office operations, or project coordination.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with contract management systems or CRM platforms is a strong plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Willingness to work shifting schedules, including night shifts, to qualify for the 25% differential pay.
