Tanggung Jawab
- Process financial transactions and documents with a high degree of accuracy.
- Maintain and update internal databases to ensure data integrity across all financial systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks and support service delivery.
- Perform routine audits on account activity to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management review.
- Handle administrative documentation and correspondence with internal stakeholders.

Kualifikasi
- At least 1-2 years of experience in back-office operations, data entry, or financial administrative roles.
- Strong analytical skills with a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office software.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
