Tanggung Jawab

  • Supervise and mentor a team of back-office specialists, providing regular feedback and performance coaching.
  • Oversee daily operational workflows related to high-net-worth investment accounts and asset management.
  • Ensure 100% compliance with financial regulations and internal security protocols.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve escalated account issues and improve process efficiency.
  • Conduct quality assurance audits to maintain high standards of data accuracy and documentation.
  • Manage capacity planning and resource allocation to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are consistently met.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline back-office operations and reduce manual errors.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial services, specifically within back-office operations or investment administration.
  • At least 1-2 years of proven leadership or supervisory experience in a BPO or financial services environment.
  • Strong technical proficiency in investment platforms and MS Office Suite (especially Excel).
  • Deep understanding of asset management, trade settlement, and account documentation.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for detail.
