Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing backend engineering team.
- Design, develop, and maintain high-scale Java-based microservices architecture.
- Integrate advanced AI/ML models into production-grade backend systems to solve real-world business problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and technical roadmaps.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce engineering best practices to ensure high-quality, maintainable code.
- Optimize system performance, latency, and throughput in high-traffic environments.
- Champion the adoption of modern cloud-native technologies and automated CI/CD pipelines.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of professional software development experience with Java (Spring Boot, Hibernate).
- Proven track record of delivering end-to-end projects with AI/ML integrations.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, database design (SQL/NoSQL), and API-first development.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing or mentoring engineering teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
