The AML (Advanced Machine Learning) team at ByteDance is at the forefront of AI innovation. Our mission is to build the next-generation AI infrastructure and recommendation platform that powers critical systems like ads ranking and search for billions of users worldwide. We are looking for a Backend Engineer to join our Model Training Infrastructure team in Singapore.
Role Responsibilities
As a Backend Engineer on this team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the backend systems that facilitate large-scale model training. You will work closely with ML researchers and engineers to translate their requirements into scalable, reliable, and efficient backend services. Your contributions will enable faster iteration and deployment of machine learning models.

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Strong proficiency in Python, Go, or C++
- Experience with distributed systems and cloud platforms
- Knowledge of machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Experience with container orchestration tools like Kubernetes
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
