- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of backend engineers, fostering collaboration and professional development
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems, APIs, and microservices architectures
- Drive technical strategy, code quality standards, and DevOps best practices
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specifications
- Optimize system performance, security, and scalability while ensuring high availability
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure solutions (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Conduct code reviews, architectural planning, and technology stack evaluations
- Monitor system metrics and implement proactive solutions for technical debt
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 5+ years of backend development experience with 2+ years in leadership roles
- Expert proficiency in Java, Python, or Node.js with strong OOP principles
- Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization technologies
- Experience with microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and database optimization
- Strong background in CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, and DevOps practices
