This is a pivotal role where you will act as the technical backbone of our platform, designing, building, and maintaining the robust backend services and APIs that drive critical client integrations and optimize core game functionality.

Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and microservices to support the platform's growth.
- Build and optimize high-performance RESTful and gRPC APIs for seamless client integrations.
- Drive the optimization of server-side logic for low-latency and high-reliability game functionality.
- Implement robust monitoring, alerting, and logging systems (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and promote software engineering best practices.
- Take ownership of the backend lifecycle, including deployment, scaling, and incident response.
- Mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Minimum 5 years of backend engineering experience building scalable, high-availability platforms.
- Deep proficiency in one or more backend languages such as Go, Python, Java, or Node.js.
- Extensive experience with database design and management (PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with cloud providers (AWS/GCP/Azure) and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, API design patterns, and event-driven architecture.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a data-driven approach to system optimization.
