As a Backend Software Engineer specializing in Distributed Block Storage, you'll architect high-performance storage solutions that underpin our star products and core business lines, serving hundreds of millions of users worldwide. - Design and implement distributed block storage systems with petabyte-scale capacity
- Optimize storage protocols for low-latency data access and high throughput
- Develop fault-tolerant mechanisms ensuring data durability and availability
- Collaborate on CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure deployment and monitoring
- Contribute to storage system security enhancements and access control frameworks
- Drive performance tuning and capacity planning for global infrastructure
- Mentor junior engineers on distributed systems best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field
- 5+ years experience in backend development with distributed systems
- Expertise in at least one compiled language (Go/C++/Rust)
- Deep understanding of storage architectures (block/file/object)
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Strong background in data replication and consensus algorithms
- Proficiency in performance profiling and optimization tools
- Track record of shipping large-scale production systems
