Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement scalable backend services using Golang for high-traffic marketplace operations
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices architecture to support regional product teams
- Optimize database queries and system performance to ensure 99.9% uptime for critical services
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation using cloud platforms
- Lead technical initiatives for feature development and system improvements while mentoring junior engineers
- Conduct thorough code reviews and implement best practices for testing and security protocols
- Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to architectural decisions for future platform scaling
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
- 3+ years of professional experience in backend software development with Golang
- Strong proficiency in microservices architecture, RESTful API design, and distributed systems
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Deep understanding of database systems including SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL solutions
- Proven track record in optimizing system performance and resolving complex technical bottlenecks
- Familiarity with event-driven architectures and message queues (RabbitMQ/Kafka)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
