- Design, deploy, and maintain secure backend systems and Linux server environments to ensure optimal performance and high availability.
- Implement and manage enterprise security technologies, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), and endpoint security solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and security teams to architect scalable and resilient infrastructure solutions.
- Automate routine operational tasks and system provisioning using scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or similar.
- Conduct regular system audits, vulnerability assessments, and rigorous patch management to uphold the highest security standards.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting of complex system issues, conducting root cause analysis and implementing long-term corrective measures.
- Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date documentation of system configurations, operational processes, and security protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Proven experience (minimum 3-5 years) as a Systems Engineer, Backend Engineer, or in a similar infrastructure-focused role.
- Strong proficiency in Linux system administration (Red Hat Enterprise Linux, CentOS, or Ubuntu) and shell scripting.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise security technologies (e.g., SIEM, IAM, VPN, Firewalls, IDS/IPS).
- Solid understanding of core networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, Load Balancing).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is highly advantageous.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., RHCE, CCNA, CompTIA Security+, CISSP) are strongly preferred.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently in a mission-critical environment.
