Tanggung Jawab
- Accurately sort, categorize, and organize incoming inventory items based on company guidelines.
- Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure product integrity and identify damaged goods.
- Assist in the efficient packing of products for shipment or storage.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly backroom workspace at all times.
- Execute inventory counts and record data updates to track stock levels accurately.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely according to standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to streamline workflow and improve operational speed.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent certification.
- Proven experience in warehouse, retail, or logistics environments is an advantage.
- Strong physical stamina, capable of lifting, standing, and moving items throughout the shift.
- High level of attention to detail to ensure accurate sorting and inventory record-keeping.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions clearly.
- Reliable, punctual, and highly organized with a positive work attitude.
- Capable of working effectively both independently and as part of a team.
