Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement personalized badminton training programs for diverse age groups and skill levels
- Conduct dynamic coaching sessions focusing on technique refinement, footwork, and strategic gameplay
- Monitor player progress and provide constructive feedback to facilitate skill development
- Organize and supervise competitive practice matches and tournament preparation
- Maintain a positive, motivational training environment emphasizing sportsmanship and discipline
- Collaborate with academy management to align coaching strategies with institutional goals
- Ensure proper maintenance and safety of training equipment and facilities
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in badminton coaching or competitive playing at regional/national level
- Valid badminton coaching certification from recognized sports authority
- Strong knowledge of badminton rules, techniques, and contemporary training methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to motivate diverse age groups
- First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Flexible availability for weekend/evening sessions across Central Region
