Are you a passionate educator with a flair for languages? Anugrah Business Consultation Indonesia is seeking a dedicated Bahasa Indonesia Teacher to join our growing team in Surabaya. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in bridging communication gaps by teaching Bahasa Indonesia to our students from a Mandarin-speaking background.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to Mandarin-speaking learners.
- Conduct interactive classroom sessions focusing on conversational skills, grammar, and business-related vocabulary.
- Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to improve learning outcomes.
- Create culturally relevant teaching materials that simplify complex linguistic concepts.
- Facilitate language immersion activities to build student confidence.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the management team to enhance the overall student learning experience.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Indonesian Literature, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a language teacher, preferably teaching Indonesian to foreign speakers (BIPA).
- Proficiency in Mandarin is highly preferred; if not, excellent cross-cultural communication skills are mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain a patient and encouraging classroom atmosphere.
- Exceptional command of both written and spoken Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work full-time based in our Surabaya office.
- A creative mindset for developing instructional games and practical communication exercises.
