Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement engaging Bahasa lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards
- Assess student progress through evaluations, projects, and interactive activities
- Create immersive language experiences incorporating cultural elements
- Collaborate with department colleagues to enhance teaching strategies
- Participate in school events, parent-teacher conferences, and extracurricular activities
- Maintain accurate student records and progress documentation
- Adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Bahasa Indonesia, Linguistics, or related field
- Teaching certification/license (or equivalent professional qualification)
- Minimum 2 years of experience teaching Bahasa to secondary students
- Native or near-native fluency in Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong classroom management and student engagement skills
- Proficiency in creating interactive digital learning resources
- Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa and English
