Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and bake high-quality cream puffs, eclairs, and other pastries according to standard recipes.
- Maintain a clean, hygienic, and organized work area in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Monitor ingredient stock levels and manage inventory to minimize waste and ensure availability.
- Operate bakery equipment, including ovens, mixers, and display cases, safely and efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service, greeting patrons and answering inquiries about our products.
- Assist in opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and daily reconciliation.
- Ensure consistency in product presentation and taste across all shifts.
Kualifikasi
- Demonstrated experience in baking, pastry preparation, or food service is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent vocational training in culinary arts.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for food quality and presentation.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment.
- Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP knowledge is a plus).
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude towards teamwork.
