Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and bake a variety of donuts, pastries, and baked goods according to Luuca's standard recipes and quality guidelines.
- Ensure all baked products are visually appealing and consistent in taste and texture.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area at all times, adhering to strict food safety regulations.
- Monitor ingredient inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies to prevent shortages.
- Operate and clean baking equipment, including mixers, ovens, and decorating stations, safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and seasonal specials.
- Adhere to opening and closing procedures, including preparation and cleaning tasks.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience working as a Baker, Pastry Chef, or in a similar role within a bakery or café environment.
- Strong understanding of baking ingredients, techniques, and flavor profiles.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Attention to detail is essential for decorating and ensuring product quality.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and handling practices.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, and early mornings.
