Are you passionate about the culinary arts? Tata Boga is currently seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Baker / Kitchen Staff to join our dynamic kitchen team. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality food and exceptional service to our clients, and we are looking for someone who shares this commitment to excellence.
In this role, you will play a vital part in our daily operations. You will assist in the preparation of a variety of dishes and baked goods, ensuring that every item meets our strict quality standards. We operate Monday through Saturday, from 07:00 to 16:00, with a 1-hour break. This is a contract position ideal for individuals looking to gain valuable experience in the hospitality and tourism sector in Jakarta.

Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and cook food according to established recipes, ensuring high-quality presentation and taste.
- Assist in the baking of pastries, breads, and other baked goods as required by the menu.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment at all times.
- Adhere to strict food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
- Monitor food inventory levels and assist with basic stock organization.
- Operate kitchen equipment, such as ovens, mixers, and slicers, safely and correctly.
- Clean workstations, utensils, and cooking tools immediately after use.
- Collaborate effectively with the culinary team to ensure timely service and workflow efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a Baker, Pastry Chef, or Kitchen Staff is preferred but not strictly required.
- Basic knowledge of food preparation, baking techniques, and kitchen safety protocols.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets.
- Physically fit and able to stand and work for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail regarding food quality and presentation.
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays as per the schedule (Monday - Saturday).
- Good communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Basic proficiency in English or Bahasa Indonesia.
