Tanggung Jawab

  • Prepare and bake a variety of breads, cakes, and pastries according to established recipes and quality standards.

  • Monitor inventory levels of baking ingredients and supplies to minimize waste and ensure cost control.
  • Adhere to strict hygiene, sanitation, and safety regulations at all times.

Kualifikasi

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow recipes precisely.
  • Familiarity with hygiene standards (e.g., BSN requirements) is a plus.
