Tavolo Group is seeking a passionate and skilled Baker to join the culinary team at our popular venue, The Goat Father, located in the vibrant area of Badung, Bali. As a Baker at The Goat Father, you will play a crucial role in creating delicious, high-quality artisanal breads and pastries that keep our guests coming back for more. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and bake a wide range of artisanal breads, pastries, and other baked goods daily.
- Ensure all products meet Tavolo Group's high standards of quality, consistency, and presentation.
- Manage inventory levels of baking ingredients, ensuring freshness and minimizing waste.
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized bakery station in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Safely operate and maintain commercial ovens, mixers, and other bakery equipment.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new and seasonal bakery menu items.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1-2 years of professional baking experience in a busy restaurant, cafe, or bakery.
- Deep understanding of baking sciences, dough fermentation, and pastry preparation techniques.
- Ability to work efficient early morning shifts and stand for extended periods.
- Strong commitment to food hygiene, kitchen cleanliness, and safety standards.
- Excellent communication and collaborative skills to work effectively within a team.
- A degree or certification in Culinary Arts or Pastry/Baking is highly advantageous.
