  • Oversee all daily bakery operations, including production schedules, quality control, and inventory management.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure product consistency and food safety compliance.

  • Analyze production costs and implement strategies to maximize profitability and reduce waste.

Kualifikasi
