PT Stay Gold Group is seeking a motivated Bakery & Pastry Commissary to become a key member of our culinary team in the beautiful region of Nusa Tenggara Barat. In this role, you will contribute to the production of high‑quality bakery and pastry items, ensuring consistency, freshness, and compliance with food safety standards. You will collaborate closely with senior bakers and pastry chefs, assist with ingredient preparation, and help maintain a clean and organized workstation.

Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the daily preparation and production of bakery and pastry items, including breads, pastries, cakes, and desserts.
- Measure and weigh ingredients according to recipes, ensuring accurate quantities and optimal quality.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen equipment, workstations, and storage areas in line with hygiene standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or waste to the kitchen manager.
- Support the pastry team in plating, decorating, and final presentation of desserts for service.
- Participate in training sessions and continuously improve baking techniques and product knowledge.
- Follow all safety and health regulations, including proper handling and storage of perishable goods.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a bakery, patisserie, or culinary environment, or relevant vocational training.
- Basic understanding of baking principles, ingredient functions, and pastry techniques.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate part‑time scheduling.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills, with a willingness to learn from senior staff.
- Attention to detail and the ability to follow recipes accurately.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene.
