We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Bakery Technician to join PT Indobake Mitra Perkasa. You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' baking facilities by performing expert service, maintenance, and troubleshooting on industrial bakery machinery.
Your daily tasks will involve diagnosing complex mechanical and electrical faults, conducting routine inspections, and traveling to various client sites to provide on-site technical support. If you have a passion for engineering and a commitment to quality service, we want to hear from you.
Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance and scheduled repairs on industrial bakery equipment, including mixers, ovens, dough dividers, and proofers.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults efficiently to minimize production downtime.
- Travel to client locations in Semarang and surrounding areas to provide on-site service and support.
- Ensure all equipment is maintained in strict accordance with safety standards and manufacturer guidelines.
- Document service reports, maintenance schedules, and repair history accurately.
- Provide technical advice to clients regarding equipment usage, care, and optimal performance.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Vocational degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in servicing or maintaining bakery machinery.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical wiring, and pneumatic controls.
- Ability to read technical schematics, blueprints, and machine manuals.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various client sites.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
