Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance and repair on various bakery machinery including mixers, ovens, and conveyor systems.
- Conduct thorough troubleshooting and diagnosis of mechanical and electrical faults to minimize production downtime.
- Install, configure, and calibrate new bakery equipment for clients upon delivery.
- Provide on-site technical support and training to bakery staff regarding equipment operation and basic troubleshooting.
- Monitor machine performance and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with strict safety regulations and company quality standards.
- Document all service reports, maintenance logs, and technical notes accurately.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Industrial Technology.
- At least 1-2 years of hands-on experience in maintaining bakery equipment or food processing machinery.
- Familiarity with PLC systems, pneumatic systems, and electrical wiring diagrams.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Physically fit and capable of working in a factory environment, including lifting equipment.
- Excellent communication skills in Indonesian and a basic understanding of English is preferred.
- Valid driving license is a plus for travel to client sites.
