Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers in selecting baking packages and decorating cakes and pastries.
- Guide customers step-by-step through the baking and decorating process, ensuring they have a fun and successful experience.
- Prepare and organize baking ingredients, tools, and equipment for customer sessions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the baking station, dining area, and storage rooms.
- Process customer payments accurately through the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Assist in inventory management, including tracking stock levels and replenishing supplies.
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation protocols strictly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent customer service.
Kualifikasi
- At least a High School Diploma or equivalent; a degree in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or a related field is an advantage.
- Previous experience in baking, food service, or retail is highly preferred but not required (fresh graduates are welcome!).
- Strong passion for baking, pastries, and customer service.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Must be willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
- Residing in or willing to commute to Pasig City, specifically near SM Megamall.
- A team player with a positive attitude and a strong sense of responsibility.
