Tanggung Jawab
- Promote and sell MNC Asuransi Indonesia's insurance products to corporate and individual clients
- Develop new business opportunities through market research and cold outreach
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure retention and loyalty
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored insurance solutions
- Prepare sales reports and track performance against monthly targets
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities in Kalimantan region
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or customer service roles
- Proven track record in meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Balikpapan
- Knowledge of insurance industry regulations and products preferred
