Tanggung Jawab
- Design MEP systems for residential and commercial projects in Balinese architectural style
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian building codes and international sustainability standards
- Collaborate with architects to integrate MEP solutions with traditional design elements
- Conduct site inspections and oversee installation quality for mechanical/electrical/plumbing systems
- Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and cost estimates using CAD/BIM software
- Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely project delivery
- Optimize energy efficiency and water management systems for tropical climates
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of MEP design experience with architectural projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or equivalent BIM software
- Understanding of Balinese architectural principles and local building regulations
- Strong analytical skills for system optimization and troubleshooting
- Experience managing MEP project timelines and budgets
- Certification in sustainable building practices preferred
