Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with bank partners to drive bancassurance product sales
- Identify client financial needs and recommend appropriate Sun Life insurance solutions
- Achieve monthly sales targets through effective product demonstrations and consultations
- Conduct product knowledge training for bank staff to enhance cross-selling capabilities
- Ensure strict compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
- Prepare sales reports and track performance metrics for continuous improvement
- Provide ongoing support to existing clients to build long-term relationships
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or related field (fresh graduates welcome)
- Minimum 1 year experience in sales, customer service, or financial services preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport
- Target-driven mindset with proven ability to achieve sales goals
- Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia with basic English communication skills
- Valid driver's license with willingness to travel within Tangerang area
