In this pivotal role, you will act as a bridge between our financial services and clients within partner bank branches, helping them secure their financial future through our comprehensive insurance and investment products.

As a Bancassurance Advisor, you will be empowered to build your career while providing valuable financial protection solutions to the local community. You will work closely with bank partners to identify sales opportunities, educate clients on the importance of financial planning, and guide them through the policy application process with ease and professionalism.
Tanggung Jawab
- Promote and sell Sun Life insurance and investment products to clients within partner bank branches.
- Conduct financial needs analysis to determine the best coverage for clients.
- Guide clients through the application process, including document collection and underwriting.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with bank staff and existing policyholders.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure high client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and product changes.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum S1 degree (D3 is acceptable with relevant experience).
- Experience in sales, banking, or financial services is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Valid driver’s license (SIM A) is preferred.
- Honest, ethical, and highly motivated with a target-oriented mindset.
